LOG-RAM is born of a long term contract for services signed with a global logistics company. Having established itself in Dubai to comply with its obligations coming from the above contract, LOG-RAM is now providing the same services to other clients in the UAE and beyond. Our young and dynamic management team benefits considerably from many years experience working with multinationals, private companies and Governmental Organizations worldwide, mostly in harsh climates and hostile environments.

This can be either a supply of selected services or a turn-key service to cover all administrative/management requirements of Clients, to include but not limited to:
- Employee Benefits and Compensation –
From calculation to final payment, distribution of pay slips, bank transfers, etc.

- Employee Contracts – Preparation up to Final exchange of contractual documents between clients and employees
- Employee Services and Assistance – Compliance of employment regulations to any country and with international labour law, providing information on geographic locations, etc.
- Regulate matters of Discipline and Conduct

- Maintenance of Personnel Files both electronic and manual
