ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Department/Section: Management/Administration Reports to: Logistics Project Manager
Purpose
To ensure that adequate controls are maintained for purchasing and all cash and credit transactions. Control of salary and wages and cash advances and of keeping records. Assisting and deputizing for Logistics Project Manager.
Experience
At least two years in a senior accounting position, controlling Accounting Department responsible for wages and cash controlling systems and stock inventories etc. Should be capable of producing a Trial Balance.
Education/Technical Qualifications
Preferably High School Polytechnic or University. Accounting diploma or equivalent. Must be fluent in one other language written and spoken. English/French/Italian/Arabic.
Responsibilities
- That all payroll procedures are carried out correctly
- To make recommendations for improving control systems and if agreed their subsequent implementation
- Maintaining adequate records and filing of all cash and credit transactions for Client’s audit at any time
- Working in close liaison with Purchasing and Warehouse Managers at all times, and maintaining adequate security controls of cash, stocks etc.
- To be prepared to deputize for any other ES-KO Manager as required and to keep the Logistics Project Manager fully informed of every aspect of financial matters, particularly relating to costs and budgeting
