This can be either a supply of selected services or a turn-key service to cover all administrative/management requirements of Clients, to include but not limited to:

• Employee Benefits and Compensation from calculation to final payment, distribution of pay slips, bank transfers, etc.

• Employee Contracts preparation up to final exchange of contractual documents between clients and employees

• Employee Services and Assistance – Compliance of employment regulations to any country and with international labour law, providing information on geographic locations, etc.
• Regulate matters of Discipline and Conduct
• Employee Leave Period Administration
• Maintenance of Personnel Files both electronic and manual
